Muhammad Farooq Khan is the Managing Director and founder of Fine Nursing Care. A highly skilled nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Emergency Medicine, Farooq brings a wealth of experience to his role. His career began with a remarkable 16-year tenure in the Pakistan Navy Medical Branch, where he provided exceptional care to patients in diverse and challenging environments—on the sea, offshore, in the air, and within hospitals.
After his release from the Navy in 2015, Farooq channeled his expertise and passion into establishing Fine Nursing Care, a company dedicated to delivering high-quality home nursing services. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Farooq and his team demonstrated extraordinary commitment, assisting thousands of patients despite the risks to their own lives.
Through his experiences, Farooq recognized the critical need for specialized services for seniors, many of whom were unaware of how to access such care. This realization led to the creation of a senior care home designed for those without family support. Today, this facility provides comprehensive care to elderly patients suffering from age-related diseases.
The care home is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities and staffed by a dedicated team, including an expert clinical psychologist, a physician, a physiotherapist, and round-the-clock nursing and support staff. Under Farooq’s leadership, Fine Nursing Care continues to uphold its mission of compassionate and expert care, ensuring that every patient receives the attention and support they need.
Awais Nasir is the CEO and Consultant Clinical Psychologist of Fine Nursing Care. He has a broad educational and practical background. he has done MS in Clinical Psychology from the University of Lahore. Dual Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology and Communication Studies from Baha-ud-Din Zakaria University and the University of the Punjab respectively. He has achieved several Certifications and Diplomas in Therapeutic Interventions, Psychological First Aid, Paramedics, Trauma and Emergencies, Mental and Physical Fitness, Life Coaching and Career Preparation. Encompasses 14 Years Extensive Working Experience Allied Health, Behavioral and Social Sciences, in Multiple Corporate, Private and Public Sectors, dealing in Communication, Mental Health and Emergency Management Domains in the Prestigious organizations including Amal Academy/Stanford University, UNICEF, Child Protection & Welfare Bureau, Emergency Service Department Rescue 1122, King Edward Medical University, Services Institute of Medical Sciences, Mayo Hospital Lahore, Al-Khidmat Foundation, Fountain House, and The University of Lahore.

With extensive experience as a physiotherapist, Dr. Hameed has made significant contributions to the field through his work with highly reputed physiotherapy and rehabilitation centers in Lahore.
Dr. Hameed’s expertise spans a broad spectrum of physiotherapy services. He has provided in-home physiotherapy sessions to thousands of patients, demonstrating his commitment to delivering personalized care. His specialization in pain management and the treatment of patients with neuro disabilities, stroke, Alzheimer’s, dementia, bone disorders, and muscle tears has made him a sought-after expert in the field.

Aaqil Pervaiz is a highly skilled and experienced nursing professional who serves as the Nursing Manager at our organization. With a solid background in clinical nursing and healthcare operations, Aaqil has established himself as a dynamic leader known for his professionalism, dedication, and ability to manage complex nursing operations with precision and care.
In his current role, Aaqil is responsible for the overall administration and supervision of our nursing staff. His duties encompass a wide range of critical functions including the recruitment and hiring of qualified nurses, their strategic deployment across various shifts and assignments, and ensuring accurate attendance tracking. He is also responsible for arranging timely relievers, maintaining staff duty rosters, and overseeing performance evaluations.
Beyond clinical staffing, Aaqil manages all logistical and administrative aspects related to nursing personnel. This includes arranging suitable residential accommodations, coordinating daily transportation for staff, and ensuring that workplace policies and schedules are implemented smoothly. He acts as a vital link between management and frontline healthcare staff, ensuring that all operational needs are met promptly and efficiently.
